Your tombstone can say whatever you want it to say

Greetings! It is the last day of January and I wanted to sum up my first month of 2010. I did the following: 1. Played Sudoku at work while children screamed "I want candy!" and went running around the bowling alley 2. Took a zillion pictures of my bamboo plant (Bambi) trying to figure out the settings on my new camera 3. Discovered I have Dermotographism (don't worry, I'll make a post about this) and decided I'll never be bored in church again...not that I get bored in a BYU Student ward.... 4. Spent over8 hours at Borders/Barnes and Noble bookstores because....I like books and discovered if you sit on the floor and take notes, you don't have to buy every book! 5. Dreamt about snakes, volcanoes and the occasional EMT. 6. Wrote the hardest paper I've ever written in my college career, in french, and passed it 7. Went to bed before 9:30pm 3 nights in a row. 8. Played my gameboy while waiting in line at Discount tires, making all the little children jealous

I'm not that interesting and I'm easily amused. Life is great. This is a step-by-step guidebook to being a Mary. Enjoy. Step #1: work at a Bowling Alley and dance on the lanes (don't try this or I will have to kick you out) Step #2: Be friends with a Stephanie. She paints, she sings, she juggles. Pretty much awesome. Step #3: Learn how to fix pinsetters without getting eaten(refer to disclaimer of step #1) Step #4: Stare at homeless pets for hours at the mall Step #5: Ride a giant ant to...everywhere Step #6: Attend Pacman school Step #7: Live in a shell Step #8: Be friends with echinoderms. They are great listeners...until the crawl away. Step #9: Admire all things PURPLE. Step #10: Be friends with a Carol. She provides you with parking passes among numerous other friend benefits. Step #11: Be friends with a Kyle. He has a house. Nuf said. Step #12: Learn to blend into dark backgrounds

Cause oh baby it's CHRISTMAS all over again

Hmmm....I decided to write again. Life after London is feeling pretty dull so finding something worthy of writing about is hard. All I do is school work school work sleep eat sleep eat DIE! But I figured if I want to enjoy my life as much as I did in England. I have to enjoy the little moments. So. First, I've met some more famous people. 2 Christmas Concerts. David Archuleta's and Kurt Bestor's. Da vid Archuleta: And a really cool drummer named Eric Valentine: Hooray for claims to fame! Hahaha. Anywho. Moving on. So the stories behind these encounters are kind of fun. Both in SLC in the same building in the same room on very different nights. I attended the David Archuleta concert with my roommate whose Dad was performing with David so we got good seats(about the 4th row back) and backstage passes. Woohoo!! What I love about David is not his look or his amazing voice or his being Mormon or famous even. I love that after American Idol and everything else he's done. He&
